We believe John is best of best in all Los Angeles. This is not exaggerating comments, as you can assume that we are working with him 4th times. Although English is my 2nd language, I never worried anything because he knows everything too well.
Especially when I ask over any issues even about plants and trees which is my area, he explains with super knowledge. And we don't need to worry to look around any house with doubtable structure without company any of professionals such as contractor, architecture, painter, electric engineer etc. We just felt so comfortable. As you know this is critical matter when you buy a house. Moreover, he has so...many reliable sources such as roofing, termite etc.
We think this might be final, as we getting aged, but who knows? I want to buy or sell a house because of John :).

He was great at keeping us updated and was instrumental in being a navigator through the loan process and escrow as well as being an advocate for us with the seller and continues to help in communication with the sellers even after escrow closing. He has gone above and beyond in most aspects of the purchase, an example being helping us get into the house (when we received the keys from the seller, they gave us keys for the house, but the outside gate to the property was locked and he worked to resolve that on the spot).
We really enjoyed working with John. We weren't very aware of the process since this is our first house purchase, and John was very patient and knowledgeable as well as calm and helpful during times of panic with deadlines, etc.
We are planning to use John as an agent again for future home/land purchases or sales.
